1. It has been brought to the notice that inividuals who were volunteer for AIDS vaccine shot and were given the shot were at a higher risk of contracting AIDS in case they did not follow measures to avoid contracting AIDS.
2. Thus it has come as a setback for the development of the vaccine and the patients may have to probably wait longer to see that the vaccine is successfully tested. Bill Gates hopes to see the vaccinre in his life span and so do we for the betterment of the world.
