1. Since I have been associated with United Mission I am aware that a number of young soldiers visit prostitutes while proceeding on leave and that is the reason they lose their Icard on railway stations.
2. These jawans travel in groups and leave their luggage with one of the jawans and in turn visit the prostitutes near New Delhi railway station. As a net result individual loses luggage as a single individual can not keep guard of all luggage. Moreover they keep their Icard in luggage contrary to instructions in force.
3. Dear Soldiers avoid visits to prostitutes as sooner or later one can get AIDS by small interaction with prostitutes.
