1. The most effective method to combat AIDS syndrome is to have a single
sex partner and in case of multiple partners one can use condoms.
2. Similarly while getting injected care should be undertaken to ensure that a new needle is used every time and old needle is destroyed in a shredder.
3. In case blood transfusion make sure that the blood has been tested for HIV and only than transfusion allowed.
