1.I had an opportunity to be associated with Indian Army and I must applaud them for remarkable efforts undertaken by them to combat aids.
2.Indian army contributes the maximum number of troops for UN peace keeping missions and also has maximum number of young soldiers.
3.Further the problem is compounded because of harsh environment in form of counter insurgency operations and limited availabilty of family stations;troops are at an enhanced risk to go astray and here the role of counsellers in respect of Indian army comes who guide them and ofcourse educational movies combating AIDS are regularly shown.
4.All world armies must take an initiative on similar lines as Indian Army and keep soldiers on right track as they are high risk due to isolated environment.
