1. Soiled linen of all patients should be placed in an impervious laundry bag which is not water soluble and should be labeled as bio hazard waste.
2. Gloves and masks should be worn while handling such linen.
3. Bleach or Lysol should be added while laundering after the linen is washed with detergent in hot water.
